Tiropitakia are delicious filo pastry puffs filled with feta cheese, typically served in Greece as mezedes, or appetizers of the local cuisine. These delicious triangle-shaped preparations are easy to make and perfect for an aperitif or as an appetizer.

Ingredients
Filo pastry: 1 roll
Feta: 200 g
Greek yogurt or ricotta: 125 g
Grated parmesan: 50 g
Whole egg: 1
Fresh mint: 5 g (chopped)
Dill: 5 g (chopped)
Salt: to taste
Black pepper: to taste
Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
