Ingredients:
1.5 pounds thinly sliced flank steak in the opposite direction of the muscle fibers, coat with 1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil that has been toasted
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
