– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 1/5 cups all-purpose flour (for seasoned mixture)
– 1 1/5 tablespoons seasoned salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper (for seasoned mixture)
– 1 tablespoon onion powder (for seasoned mixture)
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder (for seasoned mixture)
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for gravy)
