Slow Cooker Broccoli and Beef Recipe

As comforting as a warm embrace, there’s nothing quite like returning home to the aroma of a home-cooked meal. This Slow Cooker Broccoli and Beef dish takes inspiration from the classic Chinese stir-fry, perfect for a busy weeknight. With the ease of a slow cooker, you can whip up this mouthwatering dish in no time at all, complete with tender beef and bright broccoli.

The combination of slow-cooked beef and broccoli with fluffy white rice is a timeless classic that never fails to satisfy. For a lower carb option, it tastes just as delicious over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice. For that restaurant-worthy touch, top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound of thinly sliced beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
