Bok Choy and Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp

  •  sesame oil

  • 4 cups

  •  bok choy, washed and sliced

  • 2 cups assorted

  •  mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, etc.), sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)
