When fall is in the air (or anytime you’re craving comfort), few things hit the spot like a classic apple pie. But when you’re serving a group or just want something a little easier to slice and share, Apple Slab Pie is the way to go! It’s everything you love about the traditional version — tender apples, warm spices, buttery crust — but baked in a sheet pan for maximum deliciousness and convenience.

📝 Ingredients You’ll Need

For the crust (or use pre-made pie dough):

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed

  • 6–8 tbsp ice water

For the filling:

  • 6–8 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp are great), peeled and thinly sliced

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
