👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

  1. Prep the chicken:
    Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove the chicken and set aside.

  2. Mix the creamy sauce:

  4. Add the cheese:
    Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, cover again, and cook for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts into a bubbly, golden layer.

  5. Serve:
    Scoop generous portions onto plates over cooked rice or pasta, spooning plenty of that creamy sauce on top. Garnish with extra chopped green onions for a fresh pop of flavor.
